# 16 Line Quran

> 16 Line Quran (https://16linequran.com) is a free web app for reading the complete Holy Quran in the 16-line IndoPak (Hafizi) script, shown two facing pages at a time like a printed mushaf. It needs no account and works offline once installed.

## What it is

- The full Quran as 275 two-page spreads of the 16-line IndoPak mushaf, read right to left like a book.
- The 16-line layout is the one many huffaz (people memorizing the Quran) in South Asia and elsewhere learn from, because its fixed page layout helps readers remember where each verse sits on the page.
- Runs in any modern browser on iPhone, iPad, Android and computers. It can be installed to the home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
- Free, with no ads and no sign-up. Bookmarks, notes and the last page read are saved only on the user's own device.

## Features

- Jump to any Surah, Juz or spread.
- Swipe, drag or use the arrow keys to turn pages; pinch to zoom.
- Long-press a page to add a colored bookmark with a note.
- Night mode and landscape dual-page layout.
- Offline reading after the first visit (about 50 MB is stored on the device).
